  •  1 x 60-minute personal training session per week (in-person or online).

  •  Gentle, low-impact workout plan tailored to your fitness level and body type.

  •  Introduction to yoga and breathwork for improved flexibility and energy.

  • Basic nutrition guidance for boosting energy and supporting overall health.
